Licensed Dietitian/Clinical Nutritionist Deb takes a holistic and sustainable approach to nutrition counseling, combining personalized nutrition plans with lifestyle habits such as movement, sleep, stress management and intuitive body awareness.

With a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health and board certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, she serves a diverse clientele, particularly menopausal and peri-menopausal women, individuals managing weight, pre-diabetes or diabetes, digestive disorders, food sensitivities, and those focused on chronic disease prevention.

Her background as chemical engineer, along with her extensive yoga practice and certifications in Reiki and breathwork, informs her integrative approach. Deb employs functional medicine and continuous accountability to develop individualized care plans on whole foods, healthy macros, and sustainable habits, helping clients achieve not only better eating habits but also improved sleep, mobility, and overall balance.

Deb is dedicated to empowering individuals to make enduring and nourishing changes without strict rules or restrictive diets. She merges her expertise in functional nutrition with a deep understanding of integrative health, guiding clients through various life stages, including perimenopause and menopause, metabolic conditions, digestive imbalances, food sensitivities, and chronic disease prevention.

Driven by compassion and scientific principles, Deb recognizes that each person’s body and life experience are unique. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate a sustainable relationship with food that enhances energy, balance, and overall vitality. Deb addresses nutrition alongside movement, sleep,, emotional well-being, and body awareness.

Before becoming a dietitian, she worked as a chemical engineer in aerospace, blending her technical expertise with her training in functional medicine and clinical nutrition interpret advanced lab results, evidence-based plans, and offer practical, empowering strategies.

In her free time, Deb enjoys cooking, gardening, exploring nature through walking and trail running, and competing in agility competitions with her dogs.
